Introducing Zarah!

A sweet and gentle seven-year-old female with a hopeful future ahead. Zarah comes to us from a difficult background where she was repeatedly bred and kept in distressing conditions. Despite the pain of constant loss as her puppies were taken from her, Zarah's gentle nature shines through.

Found abandoned and far from the place she knew, Zarah was heartbroken but her journey to a better life had just begun. She was rescued by the compassionate team at BARC CT and has since received the care she so desperately needed. This includes extensive veterinary treatment, addressing the physical consequences of overbreeding. Zarah is now healthy, spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped, ready to embrace a new chapter.

Zarah is an affectionate and loving dog who enjoys the company of other animals. She is reliably housebroken, comfortable in a crate, and walks well on a leash. More than anything, Zarah longs for a loving home where she can offer her gentle companionship and receive the affection she deserves.
