• Chasing squirrels and singing the song of his people if foster dad is on the phone too long

Riggs LOVES people, LOVES other dogs, and is probably not a fan of cats (he hasn’t met one, but his squirrel-chasing record is strong).

He’s the kind of dog who wants to be where you are—by your side on walks, hanging out in the sun, or snuggled up with his squeaky ball after a game of fetch. He’s respectful on leash, affectionate, and hilarious.
